Unique offer; Genuine army general field blouse in excellent condition. 6 months ago we located this jacket in Germany with a Antique dealer who found it while cleaning an attic. All insignia were stripped and were still in the pocket, as was done by the rules of captivity in 1945. The jacket is a very nice general-cut piece, complete with its original applied golden buttons marked by ‘Extra Fein’ on the reverse. The left breast pockets shows multiple award loops. The name label has unfortunately been removed. The tailor label of ‘Seit 1888 Pelhske Berlin’ remains present. The jacket has been professionally restored with its original insignia by a tailor. The boards, having the rank of Genermajor, show a snake for a doctor which makes this a Generalarzt. The collar tabs, shows beautiful gold embroidered oak leafs and show minimal wear. The jacket itself is large and void of damages. It is make in very fine high quality officers wool. A beautiful and hard to find general jacket!
