Description
Very interesting uniform grouping straight from the familiy of Company commander (Kompanieführer) Oberstleutnant Heinz Weberstedt, .
– Very attractive and early constructed army visor cap with black piping for an officer of a Pionier unit. This is actually a very rare branch color amongst visor caps. The cap shows light wear. It still retains its genuine saddle shape. No visible damages. The cap is complete with its original insignia attached on the front of the cap. The liner shows matching wear with the rest of the cap and is maker marked by Erel Privat, the highest available quality, known for the green silk liner. The cap is named to Heinz Weberstedt (and his old rank Oberleutnant). A very niceofficer visor!
– Stunning and well preserved Waffenrock for officers with blakc branch color for an officer of the German Pionier units. The tunic is complete with all of its original insignia, period sewn on the garment. The jacket remains void of damages or defects. The tunic still holds it’s ‘Adjutantenschnur’ or officer aiguillette. On the left breast a many award loops are present. The shoulder boards indiacte this was an officer with the rank of Oberstleutnant (Captain) within the Eisenbahn-Pionier-Kompanie (mot) 75. The tunic has a tailor label inside from Wiebag, Wien. A stunning and great looking Waffenrock.
