Luftwaffe ‘Afrikakorps’ tropical pith helmet

Good looking and hard to find Luftwaffe tropical pith helmet. Complete with both decal-shields and chin strap. The hat is executed in tan colored canvas. Leather sweat band looks replaced at some point. The pith helmet is complete with the often missing chin strap, made from pig-skin leather. The Luftwaffe insignia, look like mid-war zinc examples by Assmann if I state correct. A very nice LW sun helmet – so hard to find nowadays!
