M34 Army (Heer) Pionier overseas cap by Bachmann 1936

Description

Early M34 enlisted overseas cap ‘Schiffchen’ . The wool cap shows minimal use and the wool is soft. Complete with original applied early M33 pattern grey backed national insignia on the front. The black pionier soutache replaced a previous pink one, as this officer must have been transferred from branche. The cap is maker marked by H.W. Bachmann, Arnstadt, dated 19386 and size marked 56. A beautiful well preserved cap!!
