M35 army (Heeres) ex-DD reissued steel helmet Q64

Description

Started as a double decal army M35 helmet before the war. Got factory reissued with rough field grey paint (inside and outside), covering both decals. The outlines of these decals are still clearly visible. Also received a steel liner that is well sunk into the helmet. The split pins show oxidation and remain straight. Maker marked on the side by Q, size 64 (Q64) and lot number in the rear 742.
