M35 Waffen-SS double decal steel helmet Q62

Description

Very nice and original early M35 SS helmet. The helmet has a textbook Quist-pattern SS decal on the right sider of the helmet. The swastika shield was covered with paint in 1940 due regulation but a collector has removed the paint exposing the decal again. The helmet is complete with its original 1939 dated liner, draw string and full length chin strap. A stunning SS helmet, so hard to find nowadays! Shell markings Q62 – 3061
