M43 army (Heer) officer field cap

Description

Mid war constructed M43 pattern army officer field cap with silver tresse. Worn example in good condition. Original factory applied national cap insignia up front, being an early T-shape eagle folded into a trapezoid. The interior is complete with artifical silk liner, size marked 58 and shows a faded maker mark. A textbook M43 officers cap!
