RARE Bahnshutzpolizei enlisted overseas cap 1942

Description

Very hard to find genuine grey/blue colored overseas cap for a member of the Bahnshutzpolizei. Original applied white soutache and cocarde. The eagle, being an original BeVo flatwire example is hand applied to the cap. Besides a small moth hole on the right side, the cap is void of damages and shows minimal wear. It is maker marked by Leonart Paulig in Hamburg (I think!) and dated 1942. Size marked (Large) 59,5. A desirable and seldom seen cap!
