RARE NPEA Potsdam ‘Napola’ dagger by Karl Burgsmüller 1936

Description

Untouched and very desribale NPEA elite school ‘Napola’ dagger in worn condition. Etched crossguard with attribution ‘NPEA Potsdam/Neuzelle Herbst 1936, and P47 on the reverse. The blade is etched with the motto of the NPEA, Mehr Sein als Scheinen or “Be More Than You Appear”. The blade is maker marked by Karl Burgsmüller, Berlin Charlottenburg 5 and show some oxidation. All parts so matching wear and the piece remains completely untouched and uncleaned. A missing piece in many dagger collections!
