RARE Wehrmacht/SS medic ‘Sanitäter’ breast recognition vest

Very hard to find Wehrmacht or SS medical recognition vest. Rarely seen variant with printed red cross on both pieces, the same technique used on banners and insgina. One of the four straps is gone and another one is almost torn off. The vest shows light wear and is void of markings. A very rare piece to encounter!
