Waffen-SS ‘Totenkopf’ summer-style officer Feldbluse for SS-Obersturmführer

Excellent untouched and minimal worn officer SS summer feldbluse, tailor made by M. Dworniak in Lwów (Occupied Ukraine). The tunic is complete with, in my opinion, its original applied insignia. Shoulder boards indicate this was a SS-Obersturmführer with the second Totenkopf Standarte ‘Brandenburg’ and was part of the cavalry or reconnaissance. The rank collar tab show a matching rank and the SS collar tab is a embroidered upwards facing Totenkopf example. Hand applied bullion officer SS eagle is present on the left sleeve. Tunic is void of damages and wool is still soft and strong. Fully lined with officer quality silk. The tunic originates from the Antinio Scapini collection, known author and SS collector.
