Wehrmacht medical ‘Sanitäter’ canteen by ESB41

Description

Untouched as found in Germany on an attic last month – salty and worn 1L size canteen for field medics. Strap has been period replaced by a bread bag strap. Aluminum cup marked HRE39 and canteen itself marked ESB41. A been-there piece! Excellent for any combat display!
