WW1 German M16 steel helmet ‘US vet bring back’ BEL L.64

Untouched, salty and uncleaned M16 German steel helmet from WW1. Complete with liner (dry). Helmet was send back to USA as a souvenir, and has the typical postal labels attached on the helmet, still showing partial texts, a so called mail home or veteran bring back helmet The shell has a faded marking which I believe is the symbol of a Bell and L.64’. A very nice untouched WW1 helmet!
