WW2 USA M1 front seam swivel bale steel helmet with liner by Firestone

Description

Straight from USA, a very nice M1 helmet in good condition. The shell is complete with its 1945era kaki strap and has a faded lot number (283B) stamped in the interior. The curved brim and oval seams are typical for the manufacturer of McCord. Liner is in worn condition and is maker marked by with the firm logo of Firestone. Named in the front to Kilroy. Sweat band and chin strap are missing. Beautiful helmet.
