Army (Heer) Gebirgs-Artillerie visor cap by Erel

Description

Well worn red piped visor cap by Erel for a enlisted rank in a Gebirgs-Artillerie unit. The cap suffured from a moth attack and shows multiple small damages, all pictured. The front is complete with its national insignia and and edelweiss is placed (period?) in between for a mountain trooper. The cocarde is a typical vented example, that suits the maker of this cap. The liner is complete and the sweat shield still holds the Erel manufacturing logo. The sweat band is partially complete but shows some restoring and repairs. An honest been there visor!
