Army (Heer) infantry enlisted visor cap ‘Schirmmütze’

Description

Beautiful army infantry visor for enlisted men or NCO in good condition. A few moth nips on top, otherwise perfect. White infantry piping surrounds the cap and looks bright. A set of aluminum national insignia is period pierced through the front of the back. Both eagle and cocarde show matching patina and nice details. The liner is complete with sweatband but the leather is a bit stiff. Note the chin strap has a repair on the side. The celluloid sweat diamond remains intact and shows a name label. Size marked 59 cm (large!).
