Army (Heer) smoke troops ‘Nebelwerfer’ officer visor

Description

Attractive and worn German officer visor cap, having purple/maroon piping for smoke troops (Nebelwerfer). The visor has a nice saddle shape and is complete with its genuine insignia up front. The cap remains void of major damages and shows nice honest wear. A few moth nips are visible but nothing disturbing. The intetrior shows an eagle maker marked with the text Deutsche Wertarbeit. A very nice and rare smoke troops visor!
