Description

Textbook and well preserved Kriegsmarine tropical pith helmet. The helmet shows light wear, the top is a bit crushed. Has a size tag attached for size 57 and is maker marked by F.ST.L 1942 . The green interior and brown leather rim and strap are classic for navy pith helmets. Under the leather sweat band, the helmet is dated 1942. Comes with its original aluminum Kriegsmarine decal shields, both in perfect condition showing sharp details. Desirable and rare pith helmet!
