Luftwaffe anti-aircraft ‘Flak’ Fliegerbluse made in occupied Belgium by E.Reitz (Antwerpen)

Description

Excellent and unissued blue Luftwaffe fliegerbluse for a Sergeant (Feldwebel) of a Flak (anti-aircraft) unit. The jacket has it’s factory applied eagle and collar tabs in place. The shoulder boards matches the tunic perfecly, being executed in the same materials. The nice thing about this jacket is of course the desirable manufacturer E. Reitz Uniformwerke being located in Merksem, a part of Antwerp in Belgium. The wool of this jacket remains in very soft and good condition and shows almost damages, besides a few moth nips on the lower back! The size is medium so it will fit perfectly on a small mannequin. Beautiful jacket most likely produced in ca. 1941.
