Luftwaffe anti-aircraft ‘Flak’ four pocket tunic by Marte 1939

Description

Good looking early wool constructed Luftwaffe four pocket tunic with original applied insignia. The red color, indicating this is a jacket for an anti-aircraft ‘Flak’ unit. The collar is surrounded with a red tresse and has enlisted collar tabs, machine applied to the jacket. Slip-on shoulder boards with red flak piping. Original hand applied Luftwaffe breast eagle above the chest pocket. The jacket is in excellent condition and remains void of damages. It is maker marked by Marte. Size marked (92 chest = large) and dated 1939 (L.B.A.(S.)39). Good mannequin size! A beautiful early Luftwaffe jacket as it should be!
