Luftwaffe officer Fliegerbluse Fallschirm-Nachrichten (Paratrooper signals) unit marked!

Description

Beautiful untouched named and unit marked Luftwaffe officer Fliegerbluse in heavy worn condition. Shows servral tears and has some small moth damages. Interesting about this piece is the name tag of Leutnant Oberhofer from 2./ Fl. Nachr. Abt. 41 (2nd company 41 Flight Signal deparment). This unit was transformed into Stab I./ Fallschirm-Armee-Nachrichten-Regiment 1. This ofcourse matches the fact that this tunic has a original applied cloth Fallschirmjäger badge sewn on the lower chest. The tunic is complete with all of it’s officer insignia and looks great. It was period shortened, which was common for paratrooper uniforms. The size and maker mark on the inside pockets are almost completely faded due use. A must have for any paratrooper collector!
