M15 German ‘Prussian’ spike helmet unit marked 1916

Description

Heavy worn M1915 spike helmet. A collector rebuilt this helmet with original parts to look like a M95 model. The steel brims were painted gold, but grey finish remains underneath. Complete with desirable original cocardes and chin strap! Liner remains complete and rear bill is untit maked B.A.X.V. dated 1916. A nice ‘starter’ WW1 spike helmet.
