M18 army (Heer) ‘transitional’ reissue single decal steel helmet

Description

Excellent minimal worn WW1 reissued M18 ‘transitional’ steel helmet. Mid-war reissued piece ca.1942 with rough green paint on the exterior. Decal rates over 95% and shows sharp details. Original installed liner, split pins remain untouched. Liner is supple and strong, complete with draw string and full length chin strap. The strap shows faded markings. Shell marked AL64 and liner is a 57 sized one. A beautiful well preserved M18 helmet – TOP shelf example!
