M31 helmet liner size 64/56 by Schuberth-Werk K.-G. Braunschweig D.R.P. 1940

Description

Worn M31 pattern German helmet liner in good condition. Steel band, maker marked by Schubert-Werk K.-G. Braunschweig D.R.P  and most likely dated 1940, but hard to read. The leather itself is in good condition and remains supple and strong, but the seam stitching is loose. This liner is intented for a 64 sized steel helmet with a head size 56.
