M31 Luftwaffe tropical camouflage overpaint gas mask canister 1942

Description

Good looking M31 Wehrmacht gas mask canister with matching filter. Started as a blue Luftwaffe mask that was camouflaged in tan ‘tropical’ camouflage. After the summer campaign was over it was overpainted again in green. Maker marked and dated 1942. Still has the original tropical colored filter inside!
