M31 Wehrmacht gas mask with winter camouflage canister by E.G. 1938

Description

Very nice and interesting M31 gas mask with canister. The canister, a standard green long version maker marked by E.G. dated 1938 received a typical ‘white wash’ wintercamouflage, similar like the helmets. This chalk mixed paint had the ability to easily remove once the winter was over. This caninster just saw combat wear and the white paint has partially worn off. A beautiful camouflage example with many character!
