M35 army (Heer) double decal steel helmet

Description

Genuine M35 german steel helmet shell. The helmet was once a factory reissue helmet, where the apple green color was covered in field green paint. I asume a collector removed the exterior paint and like this the apple green color came back again exposing both decals on each side. The interior still shows the genuine ‘reissue paint’, hence the factory markings are not visible. Its a 62 size helmet, most likely made by ET. A nice and original helmet, with some restoration work to be done.
