M35 army (Heer) double decal two tone tropical camouflage helmet SE68 named

Description

Genuine M35 helmet started as a double decal example in apple green color. Reissued during the war receiving a steel band liner and rough green paint on the outside covering both decals. Afterwards the helmet was camouflaged in tan and red colors, applied with spray paint. The helmet was combat worn and earlier paint layers and decals are exposed again. Liner is complete with draw string. Leather feels supple. Large shell, markings SE68, lot number I cannot read. Named in the rear to Herrmann
