M35 Kriegsmarine double decal helmet ET64

Description

From my personal collection: Extremely hard to find early ‘apple green’ M35 navy helmet. Rarely seen double decal example, where tricolor shield was NOT removed per regulations in 1940. The deep gold colored Kriegsmarine ET-pattern eagle sits firmly in place and shows normal ‘flaking’ off, typical for these multiple layer decals. Its still retains sharp details. The helmet is covered in the early apple green paint showing average wear. The exterior shows a nice apple green color. Complete with original liner and aluminum band dated 1938. The full length draw string is present, as well is the early chin strap with aluminum buckle. Shell markings; ET64 – 4032. Hard to find early KM helmet!
