M35 Luftwaffe double decal subtle camouflage steel helmet EF64 ‘L.G.P.A. Brüssel’

From my private collection: A very nice M35 double decal ‘subtle’ Luftwaffe camouflage helmet.  The helmet has been lightly overpainted with dark green/brown paint to obscure the ‘glossy’ M35 look, the decals have lost their details and looks because of this process. The helmet is complete with its original liner, being a reinforced early aluminum example. The leather is comlete but feels dry. The draw string and early (period shortened) chins trap with aluminum buckle remain present. The best is obviously inside on the rear of the rim; full unit and name marking of Uffz. Schmidt who was stationed in ‘Brussels’ (Belgium).
