Very desirable M40 pattern army camouflage helmet. Started as a single decal army exampe that was camouflaged on multiple occasions, covering the decal. A wire was once added and camouflage paint on top, leaving clear shadows where the wire must have been The camouflage paint has brown, tan and green colors. Complete with original liner and draw strings. Split pins look a bit crooked so the liner might have been replaced at one point – nevertheless its a genuine example in excellent worn condition. Maker marked shell Q64, lot number hard to read: ??93.
