M40 army (Heer) single decal tan camouflage steel helmet EF64

Description

Stunning and well preserved M40 pattern steel helmet by the firm EF camouflaged in tropical brown/tan paint. The helmet shows light wear still shows the  ‘Thin Wing’ decal by the firm of Huber Jordan u. Koerner that ghost from under the camouflage paint. These decals matches the firm of the maker EF. Complete with original installed liner. The leather is soft and strong, size marked 56. The draw string is still present, as well is the chin strap. It shows a faded maker mark on the tip. The split pins are straight. The exterior camouflage paint shows normal wear. Nicely named inside to Unteroffizier Spangenberg. Next to is the field post number is visible but the second digit is nearly gone so I can’t tell what it is. Maker marked shell by EF, size 64. Lot number: 819. A very nice and clean, untouched M40 helmet.
