M40 Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet hkp64

Description

Interesting mid war produced M40 pattern Luftwaffe helmet in good condition. The decal on the left side shows combat wear and remains 60% intact. The exterior sand mixed paint is typical for this manufacturer (SE/hkp). The helmet is complete with its original liner. The leather is complete and feels supple and strong. The split pins remain unmessed with. The original draw string and (slightly shortened) chin strap are still present. Maker marked by hkp (former SE) and has a size 64 shell. Lot number 12388 (interesting, we sold a helmet with the same number a while ago here). A great untouched single decal Luftwaffe helmet!
