M40 Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet Q66 ex netting

Description

Straight out of the woodwork in Germany (Stuttgart area). Perfect light worn M40 Luftwaffe helmet in very good condition. Sharp Luftwaffe decal on the left side rating over 90%. The helmet shows light wear and is coated in blue field paint. Complete with beautiful brown leather liner that is original to the helmet. The split pins remain straight and untouched. Complete full length draw string and chin strap, that is also maker marked. Interesting to see is that the helmet once had a net coveringt the exterior and pieces are still fitting between the liner band. Nice big sized helmet by Quist size 66, lot number 6424.
