M40 Luftwaffe single decal two tone camouflage helmet ET64

Beautiful untouched M40 pattern Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet. Was camouflaged in dark green and red colors using spray paint. The LW decal was covered in this proces but a ghost still remains visible. The helmet is complete with its original 1940 dated aluminum liner, draw string and chin strap. The strap is also maker marked and dated 1940. The helmet came to me with a camouflage net, in my opinion this is a post-war piece, but it looks nice. I added an article of an old magazine where they say it might be war time. Anyhow the helmet comes with the net for free, as it is a nice addition. A beautiful and complete subtle camouflaged helmet. Shell markings ET64, lot number 5004.
