M41 army (Heer) ‘Afrikakorps’ tropical field cap 1942

Description

Textbook unissued light worn Afrikakorps M41 pattern field cap exectuted in tan/green colored canvas. The cap shows no actual wear and is complete with its period hand applied insignia up front. All four ventilation grommets remain in place. Interior is complete with sweat band, having a typical oil-cloth rim. Maker marked and dated 1942. Size marked 55. A very attractive textbook field cap!
