M42 Army/Waffen-SS late war no decal steel helmet EF64

Description

Excellent light worn M42 pattern steel helmet. Classic no decal example, either for army (Heer) or Waffen-SS. The helmet is complete with its original installed liner. The leather is in good condition and remains supple and strong. It is complete with its full length draw string. Classic helmet shell design by EF size 64, yet EF is known for its bad shell markings and I cannot photograph the maker mark (or maybe it was simply never there). Lot number is below; 0917 (I deem) and is a very late ‘no decal’ production, as it should be. A very nice, nearly unissued M42 helmet in stunning condition!
