M42 Army/Waffen-SS late war no decal steel helmet EF64

Description

Excellent light worn M42 pattern steel helmet. Classic no decal example, either for army (Heer) or Waffen-SS. The helmet is complete with its original installed liner. The leather is in good condition yet the top edges show flaking from aging and drought. It is complete with its full lenght draw string and chin strap. The strap is maker marked with RBNr. 0/0594/0005. The inside of the the helmet shows a clear dome acceptance stamp as well. Maker marked by EF in the rear of the shell, size 64. Lot number is below; 3502 and a ink stamp with number 11 on top. This lot number is know to be a no decal example in the Brian Ice’s database. A very nice, nearly unissued M42 helmet in stunning condition!
