M42 Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet ET66 1942

Description

Perfect light worn M42 Luftwaffe helmet in very good condition. Sharp Luftwaffe decal on the left side rating over 95%, the tail was never applied, a classic application error that is often observed. The helmet shows light wear and is coated in blue field paint. Complete with beautiful liner that still retains its full lenght draw string. The steel liner band is dated 1942 and maker marked by B.&C. (Beidermann und Czarnikow (B&C) Litzmannstadt (Berlin)). The spilt pins remain straight and untouched. Nice and honest Luftwaffe helmet made by ET size 66 (ET66), lot number 2653 (I deem).
