M43 Army (Heer) officer field cap for mountain trooper ‘Gebirgsjäger’

Description

Classic private purchased M43-pattern officer cap. Executed in tricot officer quality wool. Silver officers tresse surounds the cap. An original BeVo flatwire national ‘trapezoid’ insignia is machine applied on the front (restored).  The cap is void of markings and remains in very good condition. Large size +-59cm. Edeweiss hand applied on the left side for an officer in a Gebirgsjäger-Regiment.
