Matching K98 bayonet by ddl 1944

Description

K98 bayonet from a seldom seen maker ‘ddl’ (Remscheider Hobelmesserfabrik, Josua Corts & Son, Remscheid). The bayonet shows matching serial numbers; 5661 b and has the date and maker mark 44 ddl stamped on the reverse. The blade shows a few runner marks but other than that there is no wear to it.

Update 17/05/2023: it was brought to my attention that they grey finish is refurbished.
