Third Reich ‘Reichsbahn’ railroad eagle by PS

Description

Genuine and well-preserved alloy made Reichsbahn locomotive/wagon eagle. Shows sharp details and has a very nice patina on the front. The back still has its dirty aluminum look and shows two (out of four) broken studs from ripping it of a train wagon. It is maker marked by PS. Furthermore, it is also marked on the reverse with LOK 600 GAL-Mg-Si and a bit lower with LOK RZA5 – BLN (I deem). Height: 34.7 cm, Width: 60.4 cm. Rarely encounter railroad eagle, a must have as centerpiece for any WW2 collection!
