Waffen-SS Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler Untersturmführer Sturmgeschutz wrapper

Straight from the attic in Austria; an untouched SS Sturmgeschutz wrapper. The wrapper is a standard enlisted model, having a classic SS cut an markings inside. It shows a faded maker mark inside the pocket ‘Gebr. ???’. The wrapper was field upgraded to officer by adding a silver tresse around the collar and changing all enlisted insignia with silver officers ones. Collar patches are hand applied and show matching patina. 3 stars on the rank tab indicate this wrapper was worn by a SS-Untersturmführer. The sleeve eagle, also hand applied is a flatwire ‘BeVo’ example for officers, worth a small fortune on its own today. Last but not least is the RZM-style bullion embroidered LAH (Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler) cufftitle, hand applied on the cuff and shows nice and matching wear with the rest of the jacket. As you will see, the jacket has some moth damages but in general it is just a wonderful one-of-a-kind piece. A truely rare and untouched SS uniform from a rare branche!
