Wehrmacht camouflage sniper smock ‘Tarnhemd’ in Sumpftarnmuster 43

Description

Wehrmacht ‘Sumpftarn’ camouflage sniper smock (Tarnhemd für Scharfschützen). The smock shows the swamp pattern 43 camouflage. Complete with original strings intact. Of the two vertical breast openings/pockets, one of them is nicely marked with ‘R-B-Nr.0/0456/0079’ and the size ‘I’. The smock is showing only minimal traces of usage and some minor damages, see photos for details. The jacket still retains vivid and strong colors. The sniper facial veil was removed, as seen on many examples, as this was proven to be not comfortable at all. A stunning Wehrmacht sniper smock in very good – light worn – condition!
