Wehrmacht Hilfs-Krankenträger armband

Nice and worm Wehrmacht Hilfs-Krankenträger (stretcher bearer’s armband) armband. The armband shows some (blood?)staining and was clearly worn, unlike the many unissued examples we encounter. The text is embroidered with black thread on a thin cotton made armband.
