Wehrmacht K98 bayonet with matching numbers by ‘fze’ 1943 with tropical frog

Description

Light used K98 bayonet in good condition. Matching serial numbers ‘4658 d’ on both the blade and scabbard. Rarely encounter maker mark ‘fze’ (F. W. Höller, Solingen) and is dated 1943 (43fze). The scabbard is period painted in black to avoid reflection. The blade of the bayonet remains in stunning condition. Comes with a genuine tropical frog, that shows faded maker markings on the reverse. Overall a very nice and attractive set!
