WW2 Bristish airborne troops ‘Denison’ jump smock 1943 ‘Commando’

Description

Nice and combat worn British paratrooper (Airborne) Denison jump smock in camouflage pattern. Smock shows normal wear and has a few repairs here and there. The flap between the legs has been cut off for more comfort. The sleeves show a pair of Sergeant chevrons and on the right a genuine paratrooper wing is sewn on the top shoulder. Underneath a circular shadow is visible from what use to be British Commando patches. The smock is maker marked by P. Frankanstein & Sons (M/e) Ltd. dated 08 MAY 1943. Underneath a War Deparment stamp is visible with the classic arrow.
